Brady Serafin is a respected leader who has been with Millcreek Behavioral Health since July 2020.
Brady’s background includes decades of experience in the fields of child welfare, juvenile justice, and residential care. His prior leadership roles include serving as a director within the state of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, where his duties included overseeing the operation of a 144-bed secure treatment facility and leading a team of almost 500 employees at 10 residential care settings. He was also CEO of Resource Treatment Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Brady is a passionate advocate for members of vulnerable populations, and he has dedicated both his career and his personal time to improving the lives of others. In his spare time, he has launched several free services that provided critical resources for young people and their families.
