ICF/IID Program Director
Gary Sneed is the program director of our intermediate care facility for the intellectually disabled (ICF/IID). He brings significant expertise to this role, having previously managed and provided oversight of several ICFs throughout the state of Arkansas. Gary was also the lead surveyor for the ICF/IID and psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) surveillance team in Arkansas that earned certification from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Gary’s responsibilities as director of our ICF/IID include promoting effective communication among clients, customers, and staff to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of care to those who have intellectual disabilities. He also contributes a wealth of knowledge that was gained through decades of experience in team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and healthcare.
Gary is a registered nurse (RN), a qualified intellectual disabilities professional (QIDP), and a licensed long-term care administrator.
