Ronda Traband
Director of Education
Ronda Traband joined the Millcreek Behavioral Health Education Department in 2014. Initially, she served as an educator. In 2019, she was promoted to the position of education assessment coordinator. The following year, she was named director of education.
Ronda’s background includes more than 20 years of service with the Arkansas Army National Guard. Prior to retiring from the Guard in 2019, Ronda held several leadership positions and completed two deployments in connection with Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout her career, Ronda has worked tirelessly to help others and has always been a strong advocate for young people.
